Important Booking Policies & FAQs

How do I confirm my tour booking?
You can confirm your slot with a simple 20% advance token payment. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at the base destination before starting the tour. An official GST invoice and voucher will be issued immediately upon token receipt.
What happens in case of unexpected road closures or landslides?
Safety is our top priority. In the rare event of a sudden roadblock, military restriction, or heavy snowfall closing a mountain pass, our experienced tour marshals will re-route the convoy to the safest alternative destination or adjust the itinerary smoothly without compromising traveler safety.
Can I customize the route, dates, or upgrade vehicles?
Yes! All our tour itineraries can be 100% customized for private groups, honeymoon couples, or corporate teams. You can upgrade to 4x4 Thar, Innova Crysta, or Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 by requesting a customized quote through WhatsApp or our inquiry modal.
What should I pack for this high-altitude expedition?
We recommend 3-layer clothing (thermal inners, fleece jacket, and a windproof/waterproof outer jacket), UV sunglasses, SPF 50+ sunscreen, lip balm, personal medications, sturdy trekking shoes, and thermal riding gloves.
